Speaking Fees
Fiercely Catholic speaking programs are available for nearly any budget. Speaking fees are based upon a number of factors including location, size and type of audience, and length of presentation.
Additional Expenses
In addition to the speaking fee, the hosting organization is responsible for all travel expenses, which include airfare, ground transportation, accommodations, meals, and incidentals.
Virtual Expenses
All Fiercely Catholic speaking programs can be offered online if necessary. The hosting organization is responsible for any technical expenses.
Contractual Agreement
When availability is confirmed, a contract is sent to the hosting organization to ensure that the needs of both parties are clearly defined. Outlined in the contract are details of the event and duties that the speaker is expected to perform.
Payment Terms
A retainer fee is collected at the time Dr. Tinsley is booked for an event. This deposit guarantees the date is reserved on the speaker’s calendar.
The balance of the speaking fee is due at the time of the speaking presentation.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation by the host, the retainer fee will be forfeited. If a cancellation occurs within 30 days of the event date, the entire fee and any already incurred travel expenses will be due.
Audio/Video Taping of Appearances
Permission must be received from Dr. Tinsley prior to an event to audiotape or videotape a presentation. If the event/speech is recorded, a quality copy must be provided to Dr. Tinsley. Additional fees apply.
